Surprise Ending [Luki Ending]



"So who will it be?"

You paused, hesitant to pick up the phone. You had no idea. These were the two most important non-biological men in your life right now. You loved them both so much that you were about ready to hurt them just to save them. Or were you just being selfish and trying to save yourself. Choosing either of them would bring pain and you were despite not to be alone of the rest of your life.
"I-I don't... don't kno-" Tear began to fall from your eyes. You couldn't choose. You wouldn't choose. You took a very deep breath about to begin again, only to be, very luckily, cut off as a third voice butted into the conversation.

"Back off of her, Luka. She's still young. Chances are she'll never stay together with the guy she chooses." You looked up, staring at the pink haired boy standing in the door way through blurry eyes. There, Luki stood leaning against the door frame, glaring at his younger sister. "Don't force her to make the decision that she is clearly not ready to make. And you said you were helping her. More like hindering! Am I right [Name]?"

You hardly got a chance to make a noise before Luka protested. "Come on! She'll have to face it one day! And as long as she's here, Im gonna make her choose. She'll regret it if she doesn't. She'll lose them BOTH! One of them is clearly her soul mate... She has to figure out which one... She has to, she has to, she has to. And I'm not going to let you muck this up. Okay, Luki?"

Luki didn't seem to be looking at his sister or even listening to her anymore as he was now staring past Luka, straight into your tear filled eyes. He approached slowly, and knelt down next to the bed, practically bowling his sister out the way. The older boy  outstretched his hand, offering it to you, before engulfing your small, soft hand in his.

"Come on. Let's leave the pink haired witch to make her mind up for someone else. She doesn't deserve to wrap her wicked fingers around your love life. Come on."

He began gently tugging at your hand as he stood up, and despite the fact that you only wanted to curl up and cry, you found yourself following him. Luka gave you both a poisonous glare, shouting past you that her brother had pink hair as well. She looked so much like Miku in that moment, that you finally understood the connection between the two girls.  He continued to lead you away, gently speaking to you as he did and eventually, you found yourself at another door. You began thinking of what could lie behind the white wooden door, but it was revealed as soon as your mind began speculating. White walls, black and grey curtains and bed sheets, a  glass desk and a state of the art computer. There was no doubt in your mind that this room belonged to a rice, princely boy. It belonged to Luki himself.

He brought you in and sat next to you on the bed, still gently grasping you hand. His hands were warm. Very warm. He seemed to be radiating the heat and at that moment you even though that he was radiating the light. He glowed. And you had to admit, he was beautiful.  

"Listen..." He snapped you out of your thoughts, is glow making you turn your face away from him. "I'm...  I'm really proud of you. You know, for how you face Miku before the concert. I know it was hard not to hit her, and I know things went downhill,  but... I think you were really brave to face her like that... And if it's any consolation... It was honestly the best entertainment I have had in years!"

"You were watching!" You almost jumped back to your feet, blush colouring your face as you did so. You had never been ruder to anyone than Miku on that day, and he had heard it all? Glad you were facing away, you moved slightly away from the older boy.

"Hey! No, wait..." He sounded startled. "Did I say something wrong... look I'm sorry. How do I make this up to you?"

"You really don't ha-" It was too late as he had already made up his mind, and by doing so had cut you off in the middle of your sentence. He soft, pink lips pressed firmly against yours, stopping your breath and making you gasp in. You breathed in his scent and unconsciously allowed you hands to move up to his neck. In that moment, you were in heaven.

"Introducing, for the first time ever... Ladies and Gentlemen.... Mr and Mrs Megurine."

The tall man in front of you took your hand and led you onto the dance floor. You were so glad you were finally there. The few months before had been so hard for you. You didn't know what dress to wear, you had been stressed out about the size of Luki's family and it had been unusually cold for August. Not to mention the fact you had to spend three weeks convincing Luki's great aunts that you weren't just marring him for his families wealth.  But still, your wedding was turning out to be one of the best nights of your life, and considering the man of your dreams was now holding you close, you couldn't imagine it any better.

You looked around. Everyone who even worked at the Record Label was there. Kaito, Meiko, Miku, Luka. They were all there. In fact the only ones who didn't come were Rin and Len. The later of them was still to bitter to face you. The rest of them were happy now they could be together. Meiko could be forever with Kaito and Miku and Luka made the cutest couple ever. Eventually, Miku had grown up too, becoming less mean to you
.
The blue haired girl stood up and, giving you some Deja vu, began chanting, encouraging those around her to join in.

"KISS! KISS! KISS! KISS!"



"Well, [Name]-chan... Shall we give them what they want?"
